Our Team
Goslings Playgroup has a team of staff who are experienced in working with young children.

On starting Goslings Playgroup each child will be assigned a key worker who will monitor the children's progress, maintain detailed records of their achievement, and communicate with parents and carers.

Key workers build strong links with children and quickly develop their relationships throughout the induction process.
Early Years Foundation Stage guidelines are followed to plan the activities for our sessions and to help children progress in their learning and development.

I am the Playgroup Manager and look after staffing, safeguarding and general running of the group. I love doing craft activities with the children, singing and water & sand play. I love to spend my spare time with my retired Greyhound and I am interested in all rescue dogs and following their stories after re-homing.

I particularly love being creative with the children through dancing and singing and igniting their imaginations through role play and story telling. At home personally I love animals particularly horses and dogs and love to walk my dog surrounded by nature and spend time with my family.

I really do love craft making and watching the children create their own art is one of my favourite things at Goslings. Seeing how happy they are after they’ve created something is amazing! In my spare time I have a love of upcycling unloved furniture, even my two young daughters get involved.

Goslings has been a large part of my life for 20 years, as all four of my children have passed through its doors to begin their educational journey. When my youngest left I didn’t want to, so after completing my Level 3 in Childcare I was lucky enough to get a job here. I love playing with the children, chatting and watching their imaginations grow. My particular passion is the outside and am never happier than exploring our Goslings garden looking for bugs.

With 27 years of experience in nannying and childcare, I feel it’s really important to teach children life skills, so here at Goslings I like to promote, through care and nurturing, independence, which supports the children with their health and wellbeing. This encourages confidence and will help our young children into happy learners. Football plays a large part of our family life, watching playing and supporting Arsenal. We have a little dog too and enjoy family walks and trip to the seaside.

I enjoy the outside play area at Goslings searching for bugs and helping the children explore the activities and equipment in the garden. In my spare time I enjoy walking with friends in the countryside, spending time with my family and pottering in the garden.

I really enjoy helping the children to be creative with the crafts that we do at Goslings. I love seeing the joy they get when they create a picture to take home. I also enjoy being in the garden and watching them explore the great outdoors.
In my spare time I enjoy gardening, spending time with my friends and family and helping my daughter with her homework.

Both of my children attended Goslings about 13-15 years ago. They always came back home with big smiles, so I have fond memories of the place and the staff members being so kind and helpful.
Now I feel lucky to be part of the team and privileged to be caring for young children during a very important stage of their development.
I particularly like to see them playing in their imaginary worlds and love supporting their curiosity, which is such an important characteristic to help nurture for their future life.

In my spare time I love going to cafes, playing tennis and looking for treasures in charity shops.

After taking a break from work to raise my children, I have been lucky to join the Goslings team. I thoroughly enjoy coming in everyday not knowing what to expect. The joy in seeing children gain confidence and independence during their time here, is second to none. We are privileged to be able to provide such a wide variety of activities for the children to take part in, and I look forward to everyone of them.

In my spare time I like to dabble in all sorts of hobbies and thrive in learning new things. I am blessed with a large family and most of my time is spent with them.
