Process to Apply
To apply for a place for your child at Goslings Playgroup, please visit our Contact Us page. There are a number of ways you may contact us to arrange a convenient time to visit:
Once initial contact has been made, a visit to the playgroup will be arranged where you will be able to meet the staff, observe a live session and have a tour of our facilities. An application form must then be completed. Subject to availability of places, we will then contact you soon after to confirm acceptance.
Parents / Carers Starter Pack
Once your child has been accepted for admission a starter pack will be provided that includes a registration form, policy documents and important information about the playgroup.
Fees
Funding for 3 and 4 year olds
Nursery Education Funding is available for 3 and 4-year-old children for their playgroup sessions the term after their third birthday (not the term in which they are three).
Gosling Playgroup session fees are a competitive hourly rate and are reviewed annually. Please call 01462 622662 for the current fees. Payment should be made in advance at the beginning of each half term. Funded children will be billed for any extras or lunches on a per-term basis.

Please note: if your child is absent at any time, sessions fees are still payable, as running expenses remain the same. Failure to pay will result in your children's place being relinquished. Where funding is not received, standard fees will apply.

Goslings printed T-Shirts and Sweatshirts are available to purchase for your child. Please speak to a member of staff for further details.
Parental Involvement
As parents and carers, you are valued and respected
We will keep you informed, consulted, and included in all aspects of the playgroup and your children's development.
We recognise the important role you play in helping your child to learn and develop.
You may have access to any records or assessments that involve your own child and are warmly welcomed to attend or help with playgroup sessions. We also encourage you to become active members of the playgroup committee and to offer ideas and suggestions for improvement. Questionnaires are sent out periodically to ask for feedback and comments.
