Goslings Playgroup

Goslings is a Playgroup in Hitchin for Preschool aged children from age 2.

Goslings is a safe and nurturing Playgroup that empowers children to gain skills to become more independent. We offer a fun preschool environment where children learn through play.

Our Goals

Our overall aim is to provide a happy and caring environment, enabling each child to learn through play. We provide a balanced and well-planned curriculum based on the Early Years Foundation Stage which builds on a child's experiences.

Safe

The first and most important thing we want to ensure is that your child feels safe and happy in our care. We have a child centred approach, we get to know your child, their interests, their favourite stories, their likes and dis-likes and from this we establish a bond. 

Nurtured

We have a nurturing approach and we aim to encourage children to be confident; to create and explore.

Empowered

We encourage independence in order for children to feel more prepared when they move to their next setting.
